Nutrition designed for you

Nutrition is one of the levers in life that we can pull to optimise our health - physical health, mental health and our overall sense of wellbeing. It can be a really powerful tool, and one that we are in control of when we have the right information and education to support us.

As a busy mum of three, I understand that life often takes priority over meal planning. I work with clients to optimise nutrition in a way that brings health into focus without adding complexity or stress.

Whether you want more energy, weight loss, hormonal balance, or support for a specific health concern, my focus is always on real food and simple, sustainable steps to help you reach optimal health.

Every plan is tailored to the individual, designed to fit seamlessly into your everyday life.

How we can work together

Everything starts with a free discovery call. A conversation where you’ll have the opportunity to chat to me about your health goals, specific needs and ask me any questions you may have. I’ll explain in more detail how I work and you get to decide in a relaxed and pressure free environment if you feel I am the right person to support you.

If it feels like we are a good fit, you can book a stand alone consultation and we can get started. If packages are more your thing and you would like to work together long term, you can book a 6 week, 3 month or 6 month package (POA).

Sometimes a more tailored approach is needed - specific needs may require additional services - I’m more than happy to work on a one to one basis to provide a bespoke programme.

About Lucy

Lucy Affleck DipCNM, mANP, rGNC.

I am a Balen’s insured, ANP registered nutritionist with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. My interest in nutrition began whilst searching for ways to manage an autoimmune condition that I have lived with since I was 16.

Experiencing how changes to my eating and lifestyle habits dramatically improved not only my symptoms but also my relationship with and understanding of my own body was the first step. When it comes to nutrition, knowledge is power - as a Nutritional Therapist my aim is to be able to help others feel empowered and in control of their own health.

I am also a busy mum of 3 brilliantly chaotic children/teenagers, love walking my dogs, running long(ish) distances, and being anywhere in the sunshine with my family.
